1. What is the Product Return T&C?

Returned products are only accepted if:

  • The product received is not as ordered
  • The product received is damaged / factory defect, which causes the product to be unusable.

We don't accept product returns for wrong sizes, so make sure you measure correctly. Products are returned a maximum of 3 days after the product is received with the following conditions:

  • Never been used
  • The product tag is not damaged
  • Still in the original packaging
  • The product is in one piece, accompanied by a price tag and packaging.

Products returned are the responsibility of the customer until I receive the product. Therefore, make sure the product returned is in safe condition to prevent damage to the goods/packaging. This policy only applies to certain products.


2. How do I return a product?

Which clearly displays the type of product that is not according to the order, or a product that is damaged / defective upon receipt.

Any product returned must be received back in its original condition – meaning the item has not been used, is not damaged, the original label is still on, free of traces from make-up, pet fur, deodorant, and perfume.

  • Send proof of product delivery (receipt) via email/WA.
  • Returned products must be received by the Ananas team within 7 days from receipt of delivery.
  • Products that have been received, will be processed within ± 5 working days.
  • Me and Ananas team will check the product and packaging. If it passes, I will proceed to exchange the product or refund process.


3. What if the product received is not as ordered?

Sorry for the trouble you're having. Please return the product by following the product return T&C.


4. What if the product received is damaged/have defect?

I apologize if you receive a damaged / defective product. Please return the product by following the product return T&C.


5. Can orders be canceled?

If you cancel the order before payment, it will automatically be canceled within 1x24 hours.

However, if payment has been made, a maximum limit of 2 hours is given to cancel it. Please contact CS by detailing the reason for the cancellation. The cancellation process cannot be carried out if the time window has passed.


6. Can I change my shipping address after completing my order?

No because Ananas platform uses websites and e-commerce, so it;s on automation mode.


7. What if the order is canceled by Ananas?

Sorry for the issue Babes. If the order is canceled by me, there are 2 possibilities that occur:

  • I didn't receive your payment
  • The product you ordered is out of stock

You will receive an email with cancellation details, and a refund will be received within 2-7 business days. Proof of refund will be sent via email.

9. Can Ananas products be shipped overseas?
